Imagine you are a tree that has only ever lived in a tiny pot, seeing the world from one narrow angle.
You dream of deep roots, warm wind and other trees nearby, but you stay where you are, thinking so hard that you end up doing nothing.
Time passes. Other trees grow and bloom. You remain in the cramped space you know, calling it safety.
Then you realise: surviving is not the same as living. You don’t just want to exist; you want to reach, grow and feel the world.
So you break the pot, step out of your false safety and accept the risk of rain and sun.
You choose open sky and real connection over a narrow view, and slowly, you begin to feel truly rooted and alive.
That is the path I am on.
Little by little, you find your trees that bend in the same wind, love the same light, and make space for your roots.Â
Some are close to you, some are very different, but together you form a small forest where every shape, colour and pattern has room to exist.
Belonging starts to feel less like trying to fit into one perfect place and more like recognising your people when you meet them.Â
You stand alongside them, still growing, still learning, knowing that this is where you can breathe, stretch and be fully yourself.
Â
Stop overthinking.
It’s like dripping ink into a clear glass of water. At first it’s just one small drop, easy to ignore. Then it slowly spreads, turning everything cloudy until you can’t see straight anymore.
What began as a simple thought grows into a dense fog,Â
colouring every feeling and every decision. The more you swirl it around in your mind, the darker it gets, and the harder it is to remember what things looked like when they were clear.
Just like a glass of water clears when you stop stirring the ink, your mind clears when you give it space. When you quiet the noise and let go of the “what ifs,” your thoughts settle and what matters comes back into view. There is always a way forward. Take a deep breath, choose one small thing you can do next, and move towards it. Every tiny step is a choice for clarity over chaos.
Welcome your emotions with open arms, letting them arrive just as they are.
Instead of turning away, allow them to stay for a while,to speak in their own quiet language.
Within every feeling, soft or overwhelming, there is a hint of what you need and a small invitation to grow.
 BLUE MOOD
When you find yourself sinking into a blue mood, it is time to pause and reflect.Â
Imagine next page as a map of your past, a place to take a break from the chaos of life and delve into the depths of your memories.Â
Take a moment to breathe deeply and let your mind wander back in time. Recall the moments that brought warmth to your heart, the laughter that echoed.
Embrace the happiness that comes with the flood of dopamine, a testament to your awareness and confidence.
Allow it to wash over you, infusing every fiber of your being with a sense of joy and contentment.
Let this inner radiance guide your steps and illuminate your path, knowing that you are capable, worthy, and deserving of every moment of happiness that comes your way. Soak it in, cherish it, and let it propel you forward on your journey with renewed vigor and positivity.
